Terms & Condition for Pay and Pick Up

SSBeauty is a gateway to experience different beauty products under internationally and nationally well-known brands. SSBeauty is happy to offer Pay and Pick up as a delivery option to customers for selected products and at selected pin codes as updated by SSBeauty from time to time.

Pay and Pick Up option gives a choice to the customer to shop online and pay and collect the selected products from the nearest selected Shoppers Stop or SSBeauty store (subject to availability) at their convenience. This service is free of cost.

Please read the following conditions carefully, which you are deemed to have accepted by virtue of you selecting an order for Pay and Pick up.

1. Pay and Pick up option is available on select products and in select Pin codes as updated by SSBeauty from time to time. You can check the availability of the option of Pay and Pick up for a product on the Product Detail Page under Delivery & Pickup section by providing the Pin Code.
2. The stores with the selected product availability will be displayed on the CART PAGE at the time of placing the order. The customer can choose the preferred store from the list of stores made available.
3. Pay and Pick up option is available only for prepaid payments such as Netbanking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, E-GV, Gift Card, and Shoppers Stop Wallet. The option is not provided when Cash On Delivery is chosen as the mode of payment.
4. There are no shipping charges applicable for Pay and Pick-up.
5. Once you place an order for a product with option by selecting Pay and Pick up for the store of your choice, the order cannot be modified. You may then need to cancel the order and place a fresh order with your preferred store for picking.
6. Once your Pay and Pick up order is placed, you cannot shift to Standard Delivery or Express Delivery method for payment.  You may then need to cancel the order and place a fresh order with your preferred Delivery Method.
7. If you wish to cancel the order, the same can be done as per the cancellation Terms & Conditions.
8. Once your order is ready for pick, you will be notified through email and SMS which will carry the OTP that needs to be shared with the store counter / cashier at the time of acceptance of the products.
9. The refund for cancelled order will be processed as pe the refund timeline mentioned in Return/Exchange policy.
10. In certain scenarios the pick up intimation for the order may be delayed due to unavailability of the stock, high volumes during sales, or other unprecedented events. In such case, we shall notify you through email and SMS when your item(s) is ready for pickup.
11. The Pay and Pick up option is offered by us to you on a best effort basis and in case of the order not being made ready for pick-up within 24 to 48 hours, your sole right shall be limited to cancelation and refusal to pick up the order, in which case we shall process the refund for your order on cancelation. The refund will be processed to the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. We shall not be liable to pay you any compensation for delay under any circumstances and in any manner as we are merely selling the products based on the availability of stock at respective stores.  Your sole right in such case shall be limited to refuse to pick up the order.
12. We shall hold your order for up to 7 days from the date of pick-up confirmation of your order. After 7 days, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment mode.
13. The product purchased with Pay and Pick up option of delivery, can be Returned/Exchanged in select Shoppers Stop and SSBeauty stores only. All other terms of the Return/Exchange Policy shall apply. Please check your eligibility therein for return/exchange and other terms.
14. All other terms and conditions as stated on www.ssbeauty.in and SSBeauty mobile application shall be applicable to the purchases made using the facility.
15. SSBeauty reserves the right at any time, to replace, wholly or in part, this facility by another facility, whether similar to this facility or not, or to withdraw the facility altogether.
16. SSBeauty reserves their right to add, alter, modify, change or vary, extend or terminate any of the terms and conditions as stated herein at any point of time without prior notice and without assigning any reason or giving any intimation whatsoever.
17. Any disputes arising due to customers using the facility shall be resolved as per the Indian Laws and shall be subject to courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai.
