We at SSBeauty take full responsibility that the products sold by us are 100% genuine and fresh. We have an easy 15 day Return/Exchange Policy for beauty products under the specified scenarios mentioned below.
Returns and exchanges are allowed provided the product is in its original condition i.e., unused, unopened, untampered and in saleable condition with original tags, invoice and intact packaging.
Customers can raise a return/exchange request by going to the Profile > My Orders section on the app or the web or by calling Customer Care on 07969727788 or by writing to us at customercare@ssbeauty.in
While raising the return/exchange request, it is mandatory for the customer to share the image of the product and packaging as this will assist us in quality check.
All return products received at our warehouse/SSBeauty or Shoppers Stop stores will undergo a quality check. If the product picked up for return/exchange do not pass the quality check, then the refund/exchange will be put on hold, and we shall ship the product back to you.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We do not accept any return/exchange for First Citizen Cards, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and E-Gift Vouchers
You may Return/Exchange products to us in the following ways:1. Return and Exchange through our SSBeauty courier collection.
If you request a return or exchange through SSBeauty courier collection for any reason within the specified days as mentioned above, you must return the product in an original condition (unused, unopened, untampered and in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice and original, intact packaging, failing which a return/exchange may not be possible.
You may raise Return or Exchange by login into your SSBeauty account from Account > Orders > Return/Exchange
Alternatively, you may write to us at customercare@ssbeauty.in and request a return or exchange.
We request you to take utmost care in selecting the refund mode while raising a return request as a refund mode once selected cannot be changed or modified.
The courier executive will pick the product within two working days from the date the request is raised. You will receive an SMS confirmation or physical receipt at the time the product is picked up. We request you to retain these details.
2. Return and exchange through self-courierIf you wish to return or exchange any product by yourself, you may return it in an unused, original condition with original tags and original packaging (along with boxes if any) within the specified days from the date of delivery as mentioned above.
All return/exchange requests through either of the above modes will be initiated only after the product has been received at our warehouse/SSBeauty store and has passed the physical quality check.
We may take approximately 7-10 working days to complete your request. All exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the product picked up does not pass the quality check, we shall ship the product back to you.
Any First Citizen points which are accumulated at the time of purchase will be reversed if such merchandise on which points were earned, is returned.
For returns, the refund is initiated as per the refund mode selected at the time of raising the request.

A refund for eligible cash-on-delivery orders will be done through online transfers to the bank account as per the details submitted by you at the time of initiating the return. We request you to take utmost care while submitting the bank details to ensure the correct details are shared. You shall receive the credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day the refund is processed.
The credit reflection totally depends on the timeline specified by the bank. In the case of nationalized banks, you may expect a further delay for credit reflection in your account.
For exchanges, a new order number will be generated, and you will be informed about the order confirmation through a separate detailed email.
3. Return at SSBeauty or Shoppers Stop StoresMost items are returnable in our stores. You may visit any SSBeauty or Shoppers Stop store in India and return the merchandise in an original condition (unused, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, untampered and in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice and original packaging intact.
You will be issued a credit note against receipt of the product, regardless of whether the payment for the original purchase was made by Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Debit/Credit Card, Gift Cards, E-Gift Voucher, First Citizen Points or through any other means.
You may redeem the credit note against any purchase of an equivalent amount from any SSBeauty or Shoppers Stop stores within six months.
